My cold continues to hang on … for three days I have been completely wiped out often spending more time sleeping than doing anything else. Meantime, we were invited to a surprise 60th birthday party for one of our friends in Naples, but it was the night before we were due there.
Fortunately, we were able to get a site and arrive in plenty of time to make the party … where we were able to get reacquainted with literally dozens of friends from past years! It was a wonderful evening.
Today, we finally got settled into our site
for the next two months under crystal clear, blue skies with temperatures hovering just a shade below 80 degrees. We did pause for a very short moment to remember our kids’ weather from Philly to New Hampshire.
Debbie did manage to capture a simply spectacular sunset.
