As we were getting ready to leave Bradenton, we discovered the lock on our driver’s side slide did not appear to be working. After talking with Winnebago and our dealer back in Pennsylvania, we decided to use a manual brace and leave for Naples and stop along the way in Ft. Myers at an RV dealer which provides warranty support on Winnebago motor homes.
Unfortunately, we were not able to get a service appointment today … or for the next two weeks … so we decided to go on to Naples and scheduled our maintenance for the end of February when head back north.
Our Naples campground is clearly the most upscale we’ve ever stayed at.
