Lo and behold, we got underway this morning with no new mechanical or other problems!
Again, the drive was uneventful, leaving Debbie with little to photograph other than more police at work
and, to relieve her boredom, she eventually resorted to taking pictures of intersecting contrails.
Shortly before noon, we finally made it to
where the temperatures were pushing in to the high 60s!
After settling in at our campground under a mostly sunny sky
I decided to tackle the several problems we were having with our hot water heater.
Meanwhile, we were reminded of one of the downsides of this campground when the wind is out of the west
Less than 300 ft directly above our motorhome and loud!
it is less than ½ mile from the end of one of the runways for the Jacksonville International Airport.
Another bright spot was the results of the AFC Championship Playoffs!
