I'm a wood carver in Connecticut who's been asked about replicating the figurehead of the USS Connecticut. Due to Covid 19 it's been tough to see first hand. Your picture is wonderful. Actually the pictures you took of all the sculptures at the Capitol Building are better than anything the state has to offer. Did you take any other pictures of the figurehead of the USS Connecticut from any other angles? Thanks for taking the time to publish the photos of your travels.
